2. Privacy
We collect personal information when you browse, create an account, place an order, join our mailing list or submit an enquiry. This may include your name, contact details, addresses, order history, and limited payment information (processed securely by our payment providers), as well as technical data such as IP address and browser type.
We use this information to process orders, communicate with you, send marketing you’ve opted into, maintain and improve our website, and comply with legal obligations. We may share information with trusted third parties (such as payment processors, shipping carriers and analytics providers) only as needed to operate our business.

3. Shipping
Domestic (Australia)
Shipped via Australia Post.
Free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
International
Shipped via DHL.
Rates calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days from dispatch, subject to courier delays and customs.
Duties, taxes and customs
International orders may incur duties, customs fees or local taxes, assessed by your local authority and payable by the recipient. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and cannot be refunded by us.
Loss, theft and damage
Greenwich Leroy is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post. Once an order has been handed to the postal or courier service, risk passes to the customer.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Full‑price items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Earrings and bespoke/custom pieces are generally not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns unless required by law.
Exchanges and credit notes
If your piece isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to exchange it for another item or a credit note. Please email info@greenwichleroy.com with your order number and a brief note about the reason for exchange.
Returned pieces must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with their purchase receipt and original packaging.
Faulty items
If you believe your item is faulty, contact us promptly with photos and your order details. We will assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law and offer repair, replacement or refund where required.
5. Repairs & Warranty
We offer warranty against manufacturing defects for a reasonable period from purchase, subject to assessment. This does not cover wear and tear, loss, theft, improper care or accidental damage. Paid repairs may be available on a case‑by‑case basis.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in AUD and may include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Payment methods are as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, imagery, logos and designs, is the intellectual property of Greenwich Leroy or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
